WAARC donates License Manuals to WRL
Wally, WA3RWP, met with Benjamin Goldberg from the Williamsburg Regional Library on October 18, 2022 to present him with the Fifth Edition of the ARRL Ham Radio License Manual. The Fifth Edition will be effective until June 30, 2026. Mr. Goldberg accepted the books on behalf of Betsy Fowler, Library Director, Williamsburg Regional Library.
This donation by the Williamsburg Area Amateur Radio Club (WAARC) continues the Club’s tradition of providing the library with books that can be used to promote and enhance Amateur Radio. In the past, the club also donated the Ninth Edition of the General Class License Manual. Those manuals will expire on June 30, 2023, at which time the newest edition of those manuals will be donated by the club.
Two copies of the manual were donated so that both WRL branches would have a copy.
