What happens at WAARC breakfast

WAARC continues it’s reputation for being one of the “eatingest” ham groups with 17 folks gathering for a Saturday breakfast at the newly opened “Not Another Pancake House” on Richmond Road.  NAPH is owned and operated by the folks who had the Five Brothers restaurant (now Sandy’s #2) across from New York Deli.  It was great seeing owner Athena Kokolis and several of the original Five Brothers staff at their new home.  Note the “Hershey’s Ice Cream” sign, a fixture from the facility’s former incarnation that once was a Friendly’s Restaurant.

And at another breakfast Club member Cissy N4ZRW, an accomplished embroiderer (she actually created the first mockup of the club’s new logo embroidered patch) showed off  her homage to the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing.  Well done Cissy!
