ARRL Changes for those with an Expired License

I just found out this morning while opening the VE materials for next Saturday that the ARRL has made some significant changes to it’s view of those who have expired license’s. Please read the attached files. You will find it very interesting and a great opportunity for those who either left the hobby and didn’t want to start all over again. Please if you know of anyone who is interested in getting back into the hobby who has let their license expire let them know and send them a copy of the rule changes.
