2025 Annual Club Picnic Information

The 2025 WAARC Annual Picnic will be held on Tuesday September 9, 2025 at the James City-Bruton Fire Department. It will begin at 6PM in the meeting room.

This will take the place of the September Club Meeting.

Catering will be provided by Two Drummers Smokehouse.

Meat Option $15.00 per person

  • Cherry Smoked Pulled Pork
  • Honey Brined Chicken
  • Beef Brisket
  • Burnt Ends
  • Collards
  • Baked Beans
  • Buns

Veggie Option $7.50 per person

  • Veggie Wraps and Subs
  • Veggies and dip

Sides:

  • Cole Slaw
  • Corn Bread
  • Mac and Cheese
  • Potato Salad
  • Texas Caviar (Cowboy Caviar)

Dessert:

  • Cake

Drinks:

  • Iced Tea (Sweet and Unsweet)
