WAARC Email Reflector
If you want to keep up with the latest news, reminders, and messages, fill out the form at the bottom of this section. Or take a minute to follow this link to the WAARC Yahoo Group web page. Once you join the group, you will be able to send a message to all members of the group at once. Stop by and take a look. Our esteemed secretary will post the meeting minutes to the WAARC Yahoo Group web page in the days (or weeks) after the meetings.
WAARC Business
Meeting minutes are posted to the WAARC Yahoo Group website, and archived there. Once the Secretary uploads the minutes, the WAARC reflector automatically sends out an email with a notice to all group members that a file has been uploaded, where the file is, and what the name of the file is.
Additionally the email provides a link directly to the file. With a single click of the link, the file can be accessed. The member can review or print out the minutes. If any issues are noted, they can be brought up at the next club meeting and dealt with. Any changes that need to be made to the minutes can then be uploaded to the group.
Club Bylaws, approved Dec 12, 2007, can be accessed on the WAARC Yahoo Group website, in the files section, or by downloading the file WAARC.bylaws.20071211.pdf from this link.
